Didn't attend school after study permit. Am i still able to file PR

Hello all,
I have a question please answer if you know anything about it . I came here in Canada on 1 year diploma. Done my 1 year diploma than got 1 year PGWP. After PGWP expire i apply for another 2 year course and got study visa. but i didnt go to college and now its almost 1 year . I am thinking to apply for PR, points based on my work experience at home and ielts as i am not able to work legally so i dint work. Is my student permit still valid or it cancelled technically and other thing is is it create an issue for my PR or it doesn't matter .

thanks for reply i read that post earlier but still could get exact answer .
Thats why i asked again. because the one who asked question comment below he got invitation and after that didnt reply. so thats why i confused

What do you mean by you couldn't get an exact answer?

You're out of status.

You should leave the country.
