Did you have to show your vaccination records when "landing"?

I read somewhere that you should have your vaccination records on hand in case you get asked to show it while "landing" in Canada. I have my kid vaccination records, but not mine. Just wondering how many people actually got asked to show them when "landing". Thanks.
