Were in April 2013. And so we got married and he did sponsorship for me in May 2012. This year in February 2013 immigration asked me to do my medicals. I did them the same month and I had until May to have them done, but of course I got it done right away.
I have called immigration and they have told me that they have received my medicals but no decision was made yet.
So they told me i could apply for a health card and so I did back in February as well. And Service Ontario told me i would receive my card in the mail by May 6th. Which is 2 weeks away.
Now why would they give me a health card if I wasnt accepted yet as a landed immigrant.? And does that mean my PR card will come in the mail around the same time since Im getting my health card. If not what is the next step after they see your medicals. and how much longer.
