Did Canadian Embassy address in UAE change ?

I am about to send my application on March 3, but I see they mention new address on their website
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/uae-eau/index.aspx?view=d

Which is different from the one which is included in their checklist form
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/uae-eau/visas/Return_Passports_Retour_Passeports.aspx?lang=eng&view=d

Could anyone write me the correct address to which I must send visa Aramex prepaid.

What information should I write on Bank Draft

The right one is abudhabi .... dubai is councelate of Canada not embassy
