Did anyone get Written Authorization for a minor child? Under Extended Family Category?

My Kid qualifies under Grandchild category in Extended family members of Canadian PR (My father). We both have Valid Visa visa. I have received my Approval. And awaiting my kid's approval. Sent the email to IRCC id on 1st Dec. still awaiting approval.

Has anyone travelled/got authorization for their minor child?
