Did anyone get CSQ in last 2-3 years ?

Did anyone get CSQ in last 2-3 years? I want to apply for this year in Jan'16.
Before that I need to understand application process takes how much time ?
I go thru number of posts and looks like it takes 2-3 years for CSQ.

Please post here who got csq with their dates for all status..
