Did anybody get ITA with an "ineligible" Express Entry profile?

Hi,

I filled my express entry profile but got ineligible. I am sure about the reason. I was expecting to qualify in FSW class. I checked my time and found my score for FSW far more than 67.

I have contacted CIC but did not get any reply. I am wondering whether anyone with the same condition get ITA?

Please share. I will really appreciate that.

Thank you for your reply. I thought so. I am looking for exceptions here. I understand, technically I should not get an ITA for an ineligible profile in an ideal situaltion. But also, I should not get an 'ineligible profile' without any clear reason. In the light of evidence that we are not dealing with an ideal system here (profile ineligibility is a problem many of us are facing and the reason is not clear to anyone) I started looking for other deviations (such as - getting ITA for an ineligible profile). Hope that clarifies.

if the system says you're ineligible, the system won't put you in the pool. Its computerised, no person looks at them until people submit their docs after ITA. So no one with an ineligible profile will get an ITA

I have one year experience from april 2014 to april 2015 and thats my current job as well, i have college diploma from canadian college i.e two years, ielts s8.5 l7.5 r7.5 w6.5 but still my profile is ineligible. Any idea what i should you do?
