Did any students get rejected at the borders while trying to travel for studying after october's update ?

Did they reject anyone and if yes what was the reason ?

If you don't put your data on arrive Can, they will give you verbal warning but they won't send you back. But why would be rejected on the port of entry if you can answer questions properly.
