I got mine just yesterday. But I'm in the US and the process is outsourced to BLS. Not sure about the process in Canada. Mine took exactly 10 days from the day the application left me to the day I got the new passport. ETA given online was 3-4 weeks so I was pleasently surprised.jabilee said:

thanks for the update...same is the process in Canada too... BLS is taking care of this stuff and the processing timelines are same as you mentioned. got to see how much time it would take...
