I am Ali from Islamabad, Pakistan. I am really curious to know a few things about going to Canada. I have been wanting to know that if I go to Canada via visiting visa, is it possible for me to apply for permanent residency while I am there, without coming back to Pakistan?
I have been trying to find out for a long time, but no one seems to know. I hope you can help me.

hello....i believe you can only do that if you manage to get a company to sponsor you and hire you, that is provided they can show that they cannot hire someone in canada. after which, u may apply for PR while working in canada
