CRS score 468 (enter the pool on Nov 27th)
CLB 10 10 8 8 (tried three times already)
Work permit will expire next Feb
Spouse not accompanying

1. Is it possible to apply bridge WP after ITA but before AOR? Is it possible to do it even before ITA to extend my availability to work?

2. My spouse is in Canada under SOWP. Is it OK if he stays Canada as a visitor or applies bridge WP with me together, although he is not accompanying? We will state the true reason that we get lower score when applying together.

Please share any opinions and related cases with me. Thanks in advance!

1. Applying before ITA will result in refusal. You are supposed to wait until AOR. If you apply after ITA but before AOR - there's a risk of refusal and ending up out of status in Canada.
2. No - he doesn't qualify for a bridging WP. He can only apply for an extension based on you holding a valid work permit and having a NOC A, B or 0 job.

Be careful with the spouse not accompanying application, they will probably look at it poorly when they know he's already in Canada even if let's say you get an ITA before February. It's very difficult justifying applying as someone whose spouse is not accompanying them when they're on a SOWP with you in the country.

I know you're in a tough spot, but don't risk attracting their ire.

If your spouse will not accompanying your application even thought both of you are together in Canada, the officer is gonna ask you questions about it and your application can be delay. Furthermore You can not sponsor him in the future. Do some research first.

As long as the spouse is declared as non-accompanying, they can still be sponsored later.

You can only not sponsor a spouse later if you say you are single (when you are in fact married) and don't declare your spouse in the application.
