Dear sir,
In 2008 in went to Uk from Bangladesh with a student visa. In 2014 I was deported as my visa was expired. As far as I know I am banned to enter UK for 10 yrs. On the good side I completed 7 out of 13 papers of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountant) before deportation and currently doing last two papers.I am also in a full time job as an accountant executive here in Bangladesh in a renowned group of industries.
I am willing to come to Canada to work .
Please, Please, Please advice me whether I will be able to get a visa or I will be refused based on my history on UK.
Best regards
Ahidul Bhuiyan.

You need to be honest and disclose the information in your application. It's upto the discretion of the officer whether to admit you or not. But not applying won't get you anywhere so apply and try your luck.

It's possible you will be denied but it's tough to say - apply, declare it and see what happens.

If you were deported and given a 10yr. travel ban, it is extremely likely they will find out, as this surely would show up on a Police Certificate, or otherwise pop up during a Background Check. So do mention it, but explain the circumstances in an LOE.

Thank you for your help.
I am most likely to be refused, am I right ? Am I going to be refused to get visa for most of the countries.?
PLease answer.

I'm not a Canadian Visa Officer - just apply for your visa and explain it the best you can.

Depending on the circumstances a travel ban to another country doesn't necessarily mean your not admissible.

No, you will not be refused based only on your deportation or travel Ban from UK! It is not a reason for inadmissibility, However if you hide any information regarding any immigration history, or had/have been involved in a serious crime, war crime, supported or involved with a terrorist group, involved/supported violence of any political party etc. etc. then you will be deemed inadmissible to Canada. Now don't ask me how IRCC will find out. They have enough resources to find out such activities.

In UK financial debt or immigration law breach do not count as criminal offence so your Police certificate will be clear unless you have committed any crime. You have breached your temporary residence visa condition in UK thus a 10 year ban to enter UK was imposed on you but Canadian Express Entry is a permanent residence program so that ban from UK will not hamper your application.

You may face extra verification hence little delay on processing time is likely but ultimately you will receive visa if you meet program specification and be truthful about all information. Start ECA process and get IELTS 8777 in LRWS as soon as possible. If you meet the current cut off trend you will be invited to apply soon.

Good Luck!

Thank you very much indeed sir,
It was very much helpful and I got my peace of mind back. I was not involved any criminal activities. I wish you to process my application.
Thanks again
