Deported from the US

I was just curious if someone gets deported from the US if they can still immigrate to Canada?

Hi, I was in the same boat as you. I was brought to the US when I was young, deported 18 years later. I received my Canadian citizenship last year.
I applied for a study permit, and went off from there. If you apply for a Canadian visa, don't hide your deportation. Explain it. Good luck.
