I have a family there in Canada with health problems, they didn't renew her work permit because of her condition so she doesn't have an income. They also talk to an immigration officer already but they cannot deport her because she doesn't have any criminal record. Is there any chance that they can send her home since she doesn't have the money to sustain her living?

What is her current immigration status if WP was not renewed?

Yes, if she doesn’t have legal status in Canada, she can be deported. Does she want to come home or stay in Canada? If she has health problems then how is she paying for health care or paying for her expenses? She should have a Canadian immigration lawyer working with her. This is beyond the scope of this forum.

Can you loan her money to return to her home county? Can her family in her home county loan her money to return?

She can also speak with the consulate/embassy for her home country in Canada. It is possible they may be able to provide some sort of financial assistance to get her home.

I'm not aware of a way to force Canada to deport her. Canada will sometimes deport individuals who have overstayed, received departure orders and then those departure orders have turned into deportation orders. But this process takes time and someone who didn't renew their work permit would be low priority for CBSA.

Why is she risking her future, in case she wants to pursue further this overstay can create a problem. Even if IRCC does not find this and deport her it would be best for her to return back. Moreover the agent suggesting this needs to be get rid of.

That's the problem she doesn't want to go home and we don't know why. and the family are offering financial help but still, she doesn't want to. she has some sort of depression that's our worry about what she will do to herself. at least when she goes home we can help her.

we told her that already the longer she stays she is risking her future in Canada. but still doesn't listen. we are looking for another resolution. and we already consult an immigration lawyer he said that they are only focusing on people who have criminal cases. thanks for the reply!

Try to convince her or maybe any friend or relative with whom she is really close who can talk her out.

Priority certainly goes to people who have criminal records but there are still people being removed. Most people arrange their own flights to leave Canada without needing to be removed because it is better and less expensive in the end to leave willing. You could contact CBSA and indicate that the person is overstaying their permit and is experiencing a health crisis and it would be best for them to return to their home country. If CBSA contacts them to set up a meeting maybe that would be the push that is needed for her to return home.
