Hi, i was given a deportation order from canada for a fraud charge of which i did 4months time served. I am also a frequent traveler to the usa and since my deportation 2years ago i haven,t visited. Now I want to renew my usa visa, would i be granted the usa visa??

Better to ask on a US forum, but I would suspect your chances of getting a YS visa are extremely low, given Canada and the US share immigration information along with criminal information. Your past indiscretions and immigration history are readily available for CBP at entry and immigration during processing.

Fraud is a crime of moral turpitude, therefore people who are in your situation are usually inadmissible to the US. However, if your were convicted summarily for the offense having the maximum jail sentence as one year or less, and it was your only conviction, then you would be admissible. Otherwise, a waiver of inadmissibility could be applied for after 15 years.

If you have other immigration violations such as an overstay or not complying with your visa conditions you may be rejected a US visa on those grounds even though you are admissible.
