Deportation from USA. Do i have any chance?

I overstayed my student visa for over 10 years. Then finally left the country. Most likely they put a deport stamp on my name after i left. Do i have a chance to move to Canada by an Express Entry program considering i am eligable by every other criterion?

Yes, as long as you weren't fined that remained unpaid or have criminal proceeding that is still pending. This is for PR application only for other its most probably a rejection.

It can if they find you have defaulted on any payments.
