I came to Canada on visit visa, applied in-land asylum and became protected person. Can i bring my wife from India through one year window of opportunity, or i have to wait for the finalization of PR? If we have to wait for P.R it will take 4 to 5 years to family reunification.
Help needed.

Not sure what a one year window of opportunity is but if she doesn't have TRV then chances are almost zero for approval. You claimed asylum so IRCC expects she will if her TRV is approved. Most likely wait until PR. When did you apply for PR?

Only option is to apply for TRV but she has to show ties to return, cash in the bank, family (children) to return to. Given you claimed asylum chances are almost zero. If you haven't applied for PR, current processing if you applied today is 99 months.

so there's no way to bring her Canada without P.R?

The only way is for her to be approved for TRV. She could try for a study permit, inter company transfer if employer has Canadian office, LMIA with closed work permit. But given you applied for asylum even being approved for a study permit is low. She would have to get PAL/LOA from school, show considerable funds and justify costs to study in Canada. But again, she has to declare you and you claimed asylum. Once a protected person, you could meet in another country where you can get RTD to travel.

1year window is only for refugees settled from abroad. Reunification could take closer to a decade unless there are some changes to Canada’s PR quota allocations.
