Dependents Application

Hi,
will dependents of EE get a different application ? Because my spouse submitted the application with myself as dependent..
After submitting the profile only his application reflected in the profile. now i got a mail with a different application number but that application is not appearing in his profile.. Any idea why is it so ? how can i see my application ? do dependents get different application ?
