Dependent Visa?

Hello everyone!!

I got married in India recently and my wife is PR in Canada. I want to know that in what category I should apply for my visa to stay in Canada with her? I tried for student visa but it is rejected. I heard about dependent visa, So if anyone can provide me more details about dependent visa. What is the processing time for dependent visa?

There is no dependent visa for spouses of PRs. If you want to move to Canada, your wife must sponsor you for PR.

It should be less than that.

You can certainly try applying for a visitor visa while the application is being processed. Unfortunately there is no guarantee of approval.

Less period..how much time we should expect? yes I know there is no guarantee and in most cases I think visitor visa is rejected.
