Dependent sponsorship

Hi all
I need all your inputs on my application.
I sent sponsorship application on August 21, 2018 for my 2 kids aged 4 and 6. Both applications are returned becoz I dint added the IMM5669. There is a file number for both applications.
My doubts are:
Can we keep the same applications and documents along with IMM5669 and resubmit it?
Kindly advice me in this regard.

Hi

Several forms have been updated since August. You need to use the new versions. If you send the apps with the old ones, you can expect them to be returned again.
