I have a querstionregarding the dependent, i have received manitoba PNP approval when i was dependent on my father, After i got married and i have update the file and CIC gives individual file number for me and my wife, and now my father got medical 27th aug 2018, but i don't. so i just want to know that am i applicable or not ?they have generated my APPLICATION NUMBER as well as UCI.
