I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my dependent child living outside of Canada. I have a couple of questions I hope someone can clarify: Can I travel outside of the country to be with my family during the sponsorship, say for a month or two (especially since I am a citizen. I believe for PR the conditions are a bit stricter? Not sure. Thoghts?)? Also what if I take a break from my job / change jobs / lose jobs? Etc. Does this impact the application or do I have to inform IRCC? Appreciate any thoughts from anyone with the experience.
