Hope that you hear something soon. Did you try to reach out to IRCC? I mean it is more than 3 months now on your case and no AOR yet. What's the nationality of the child? I hope the visa office doesn't be the driving factor. In some posts I was reading that there is no inlant processing of the child. Child is always processed outland even if the child is inside Canada.

I sent them Webform 3-4 times and replied to me that they can not find the file on their system, It seems before AOR they can not do anything because the file is not created, I tqlked to MP and he said that it is normal, and if you will not get AOR till end of Jun please let us know to follow up, and ghe nationality is Iranian and outland.
