HI, I think visa office or processing center does not matter here. you have to first understand the trues status of your application.

Inland PR application should not take much time regardless of the complexity the application had. I think you are missing something. Would need to talk to you to understand your situation better. What is the status of your application in the GC key account or in the tracker ?

Hello, how did you sponser your child in Canada in first step? Did you apply visitor or any other way?
