After aor I create account on application tracker to track the application but it cannot create why? Can anyone advise me to what to do?

And now it is showing
Biometric exempted, medical completed, eligibility passed, background under progress
How much time it takes now ??
But when I click on copr
This info is there

I received aor and sponser eligibility passed on april 4 , since then no update
Is there a way i can track my application through daughters portal my trakker just says eligibility passed. I dont hv seperate uci , i am worried as her trp expires soon
