Noticed in a lot of cases that the Sponsor Eligibility Passed and Medical Request arrive on the same day. However, it's been a week since I've received the Sponsor Eligibility Passed email but still no sign of the Medical Request. In fact, there is no update about the sponsor eligibility in the Application Status Tracker (in the sponsor's account) either.
Is that normal?

Further, in the Sponsor Eligibility Passed pdf, there is no mention of any VIsa Office (see below). Does it mean that the application will continue to be processed by CPC Sydney, who sent the letter?

The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to a visa office for further

processing.

Visa Office Contact Information

Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the

Application for Permanent Residence for your relative, you must email the visa office listed above

directly using the “IRCC Web Form”. "

I don't find any of these minor differences in timing are very meaningful. But can't say for sure.

As far as I'm aware Sydney only does the intake / first letters and after that some other office. I don't follow closely office details but general comment: it seems to me fairly clear that over the years 'which office' has become less significant, far more 'virtual' handling of files, sharing of workloads, etc. There are some specific patterns - I think - but for me not worth following. Others may have opinions on that.

Thanks for your response. My concern is that there is no Visa office detail mentioned in the communication, so I am not sure what to make of it.

To All, please let me know if anyone else too has received a communication without the Visa office name mentioned.

What is your timelines ?

Good news !
Dependent Child Sponsorship PR processing time just dropped to 5 months from 8 months for child staying India. Hope to see processing get done sooner now.

Would be cautious when it comes to
Posted processing times. Not a guarantee and often don’t represent reality.
