but as the file is already in progress and cic know that our intention is not wrong and kids need both parents attention and support. We will follow the rules of visitor visa and i will mention the details of PR application. So still there are less chances of getting visitor visa.

How much time it will take after file transfer to NDVO and medical passed as status showing no background check required and no additional documents required.

Getting a TRV or TRP is a bit of luck of the draw. You had the ability of having your twins in Canada and remaining as a family so your argument that you need a TRV so the family can b together doesn't really work. Hopefully you remained in Canada and didn't return to India for your father's surgery because that also could cause an issue.
