I have a dependent child who is 22 years old and she is all left alone in our home country while my whole family is already here. She was 20 when i applied for my permanent resident but she got rejected because she didnt meet the required age to 19. is there anyway i can apply for reconsideration to sponsor her or something?

No - unfortunately there isn't anything you can do. If she wishes to migrate to Canada she will have to qualify on her own through one of Canada's economic immigration streams like Express Entry.

there is a very small chance for her to find a job or join the express entry since she doesnt have that much experience :(

In that case she may have to spend a few years in her home country working and getting additional experience before she applies. If you have the funds, she could also look into coming to Canada as an international student - although this certainly doesn't guarantee PR.

can i not apply her on humanitarian and compassionate considerations or something like that?

A family member must be physically in Canada in order to lodge a H&C PR app for them.

If you did apply for her based on this, it would most likely be rejected unless her life was in real danger by staying in her home country or there was some other overwhelming H&C reason. Simply being alone, is not in itself a H&C reason.

how about an appeal or something? cause i dont really see a way that she can go here. We cant really afford to let her study here or find her a job here since she doesnt have any experience :(( all i can think is that we will never see each other again :((
