i am on work permit and my child is at my native place. i applied for her visa to accompany me. during medical tests she was diagnosed with severe valvulor aortic stenosis and doctor has advised for baloon therapy. My question is will her visa be refused on these grounds or she shall get visa . Secondly is this treatment under excessive demand category . I am very much worried.

It is hard to say. All depends on the severity and whether she needs treatment in the near future. They may ask that she have the procedure in your home country before she is approved.

yeah. we are going for the treatment in our home country but my question is that god forbid if they reject the visa for medical reasons, after the cardiologist gives the treatment certificate will they allow her visa. this is a tourist visa which we have applied for , validity upto 2020 ie upto my work permit date.

Unfortunately it's really impossible for any of us to say one way or the other. They may approve it or they may not.
