Dependent child declared at PR invite later

Hi guys.
Daughter 18 years has been declared and mentioned in landing paper as "non accompanying dependent". Now she turned 20 and wanted me to invite her after university. I will try but is there any chances?

Hi

As of right now, the dependent age is still under 19, so you can't sponsor her.

They have proposed raising the dependent age limit to under 22; if the do that before her 22nd birthday, you will be able to sponsor her.
