Dependent (child age:8years) name is missing in the PN Certificate - Pls suggest

My friend received PN certifcate. In that, one of his dependent (child age:8 years) name is not present. Is the name is required in PN certifcate to apply PR for child ? If yes, how to get the correct PN certificate ?

Please suggest.
