Dependant's first PR card Delay

I am looking for some advice or to hear from anyone who has experienced a similar situation with a dependant's first PR card.

Our family received eCoPRs on August 12, 2026.

My situation is:
Primary applicant : PR card received on September 2, 2026
Dependant 1 : PR card received on September 2, 2026
Dependant 2 (myself): Still waiting for my PR card
For my PR card, the PR Portal still shows "Address review confirmed". I have not seen any update regarding photo review or that my PR card has been mailed.

On GCKey, my latest update is:
Final decision - August 19, 2026: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

I submitted an IRCC webform on September 3, 2026 to ask them to check the status of my first PR card. I received the automated confirmation that IRCC received my webform and that they aim to respond within 3 business days.

Has anyone else had a situation where the primary applicant and another dependant received their PR cards, but one dependant's PR card was still showing "Address review confirmed" with no photo or mailing update?

If you experienced something similar, how long did it take for the remaining dependant's photo/card status to update?

Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Every applicant is individually processed so it is perfectly normal for each applicant not to receive a piece of mail on the same day. People need to have a bit of patience before contacting IRCC it had only been 1 day. You will likely receive your PR card next week or the week after.
