Denied refugee visa in Australia, can apply for canadian Pr

I have friend in Australia on student visa. She applied for refugee visa and got refused. She is getting marry to a Canadian PR guy. Is there will b any problem to that refused visa on Canadian PR application.

What is mean by your police profile clean.
And i didn't mention she applied for refugee visa in Australia not in Canada. So her australian refugee visa was rejected. Can she come to Canada on spouse visa

Yes - she can come to Canada through spousal sponsorship. She needs to mention the refused refugee application in her application for Canadian PR.

I mean you can apply through spousal sponsorchip.. And your application might smooth as well if your background clear.. ( I mean if you have been outside your country at least 6 months. You have to summit police clearance certificate from each country too. )
