Hey Guys.

How do you know that the application has been received, do they email you?
Or do you just wait for AOR1 and hope that they have it and it hasn’t been lost in the mail?

You will receive an aor once they verify nothing is missing. If its been more than 8 weeks since your delivery service indicates its been delivered call them and ask if they have it or if it has been sent back

You send the application with a service that has a tracking number and/or signature on delivery so that you can verify that the package was delivered. You will not receive any official communication from CIC until you receive AOR1. As the previous responder mentioned, if you hear nothing in 8 weeks, contact them as it's possible that your application was returned to you.

Ah, thanks, guys. Yeah, the tracking system said delivered but you always get worried that your writing of the address on the package wasn’t legible, etc. Haha. Thanks for all your help
