Delhi PCC help needed

Hi,

I am residing in USA. What are the steps to get PCC done from Delhi?
Do they need physical presence in Delhi?
If I fill out the pcc form online will they go at my home address?
Also, can i give my in laws address as no one stays at the address mentioned in my passport?

Please guide me.

You need to apply to indian consulate in US and not in Delhi.

did you applied for delhi police website, please can you let me know for 'agency letter for PCC'?
