Deleting express entry details

Hello there
I’ve got a PNP nomination from Nova Scotia and yet to receive the ITA from IRCC.

One my employers listed in the experience category is no longer in existence and I have no way to get a detailed letter.

Can I delete the entry (hoping that won’t make my profile ineligible) and stay as I’ve never worked there or should I go with the existing service letter which I have in hand (will less details) flowed by an explanation letter?

What should I do? Please help as I have very limited time to edit the information before I get the ITA.

If it doesn't affect your EE/FSW score, you can remove it from your work experience. You must still mention it in your personal history.
