Hi everyone
I was working in construction company from last one year on low wage lmia work permit . My work permit was going to expire on 29 march So I started new lmia process from last nov.! There was delay in job bank account approval (employers)as well. Anyhow After one month ad we send named lmia ( low wage) application on 14 feb. I was expecting it might get approved before my status expires. On 27 march we apply work permit on lmia number . Now its more than 1.5 months Lmia not been approved no call. My lawyer said to me if your Lmia don’t get approved within 45-55 days after work permit apply they will refuse my work permit application.so I have only 10-12 days.
We called Service Canada they said within week employer might get interview call ( but now its 15 days).
Do you cic won’t refuse my file as they might put my file on pending and wait for lmia result or refuse it right way????
DO ANYBODY Know what I can do I might have other options for switching to other employer within restoration period.
But I don’t want to change my employer my lmia I applied is named
Can anybody help me regarding this
