After telling me "soon" and "call back in 2 weeks", I finally found out they weren't even opened until July 27th. Which makes no sense because that was a Sunday. So I don't know if that's another lie or what. But they need something to help break this cycle because it's only going to get worse. access to info is the $5 one. yes, the access to info act is the category that is delayed because there is a significant increase in requests. i even saw a job posting on the canadian job bank looking for people to process ATIP requests!
