Yes, their response is always some standard message and customer support staff are abit idiotic,
after spending so much time u can perhaps wait for few more days and expect 2021 brings good news. Not sure they were still working reduced hours in 2019 due to covid..

but yes this is height of non sense on their part

No, my work permit is going to expire in 2 months. I am still hoping that PPR will be sent to me as there are no issues in my file.

Yes, express entry CEC.My main point is that everything is OK with my application, no issue in anything then what can be the possible reason. My lawyer has said to wait till next month. As maybe, things take turn in new year and then some sort of miracle happens otherwise I will consider other options.

Yes. They asked for monthly transaction statements in April 2020.
