Delay is PPR. 7 months since application submitted. Please advise!

Hi - my application for PR has exceeded 7 months now. I ordered GCMS notes twice - one at 5 months after application submission and the other at 6 months after application submission. Received the second set of notes today and there is not change. Now my application has gone over 7 months and I have no idea why it is not moving forward. GCMS notes don't show much either, so not sure how to know where exactly it is stuck.
I had applied under the Express Entry with my score being above the threshold at the time. On the online portal, it says We are reviewing eligibility and background in process. Medicals passed.
Can someone please advise as I am genuinely getting worried now?

Which office is processing the application? Have they passed your eligibility? There isn't much you can do here other than wait. Some had to wait for more than a year.

Processing in Nova Scotia. They have still not passed eligibility. Not sure what is going on.
