Paper application with biometrics on 28th Dec 2018 via vfs, Lagos, Nigeria. It was received 2nd Jan 2019. Nil Email or message since then. Sent emails but no reply, so went to the embassy branch in Lagos, Nigeria. Was given another email which I sent message to, it was replied. And the reply was that it's still in active process that arequest letter was sent to my mail on 3rd march but no response. I didn't receive any email from them on that date or any other day regarding the process. I replied that I never received any mail but since 2weels now, no response. Don't know what to do. Old help
