DELAY IN RESPONSE FROM IRCC ON TRV

I have submitted our application for TRV 36 weeks ago and still no response from IRCC, what could be causing this delay. stipulated response time as at today is 19weeks. is there a way i can inquire from IRCC or is it not adviseable?

Also have you had other Canadian applications refused? If so that could be another reason in determining why you need to come to Canada.

Processing times are just estimated averages not guarantees. That said unless you are aware of red flags in your profile would follow up and order GCMS notes

What were reasons? Why did you want to visit Canada?

@fadeoxus could you please tell me the reason for the refusal? I applied for spouse, and it's almost 14 weeks so far. We raised multiple webforms, and there haven't been any updates.
