delay in processing time for federal skilled worker

in your e-case said in process but in detail is they said any date begun processing or still says pending review?? mine is changed to in process on Feb 2011 but when i clik on it it says pending reveiw still. it is almost 14 months for me.

My file was sent to damascus office. When i click on "In Process" , it says..

" Your application and supporting documents were received by the Damascus office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the Damascus office on November 4, 2009. The Damascus office may contact you."
which is so ouy of date

For me its more than 15 months from receiving my second file number anf 18 month from sending my documents to damascu.

when did you get your second (damascus) file number , bro?

I have just 2 file number. one when I find the first documents to canada in about 4/2009 and the second one when i send the full documents to damascus.
Damascus send a letter with file number in 29/6/2009
my status has not changed since then it is recieved by visa office. What should I do. Damascus office said that I shouldent send further email.

So, here is the data:
1. Ardalan :24 months after 2nd file number, status not changed yet.
2. Arash (me ): 16 months after 2nd file number, status changed recently to "in process"
3. Strong: 14 moths after 2nd file number, status changed to " in process"!!

How could it be?
4. A close friend of mine, received his 2nd file no. from damascus 8 months ago, and has received his medicals in this May!!!!
well he was a doctor (physician).

rediculous!! It seems the later you have applied, the sooner you will get your results!!!! :(

no Arash,
my NOC is 4131 which it was before this 29 job list come out, I applied before this new roll, I think this 29 list it is in priority for immigration now :( me and who applied under 36 job list we have to wait...but i dont know until when we have to wait, also i applied under FSW1 category.
end of this month new roll will come out and we will be behind again....they have to do something, we dont want wait for 6 years like lots of people which they applied before 2008...........
oh my god.

But my job was in 36 jobs mentioned before and still in this new list
8222: supervisors oil and gas drilling services
but it is about 23 months after my second file number and my status has not changed.
 
My status showing "In Process" with RBVO inside as below

We received your application for permanent residence on April 20, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 30, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Singapore office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Singapore office on July 10, 2010. The Singapore office may contact you.

My situation is like yours. My first AOR dated 09/2009 and the second AOR dated 01/2010.
My status changed to In Process after an inquiry from my Lawyer on Feb 2011.

Still no news. It is frustrating. I am confused and don't know what to do. Should I wait for it or should I try another way?? ::) :( ?

I have sent my document to damascus on February 2010 , but my ecase is still "received by visa office". I am very worried why it hasn`t change yet . I have a friend who has applied 3 months after me but her ecase has changed to "in process". and I sent the visa office 2 emails 8 months ago asking about the status of my application but haven`t received any reply. Do have any information about how are they processing the applications?

hi strong hopefuly your address disappearence means your file being transfered to warsaw.because many of the damascus applicants got their file transfered to warsaw.pls join in a thread that i created for all of us
 
hello all
after one week that my mailing address despaired form e-case to day i checked agin and my file is transfer to warsow office...... I don't know how long that i have to wait now. Is anybody know how long I have to wait for Medical request ?

transferring your file to Warsaw office has nothing to do with disappearance of the address.
until now CIC said nothing about this.
reason they shifted filed to Warsaw is, CIC wants files to be dispersed and getting processed faster.

Hi
I hope its getting processed faster, but do you know are they will ask me for IELTS again ? My IELTS test will be expire 3-4 months later. what do you think? do I have to prepared myself for another test again?
