Delay in processing of Application at the London officr

Please, can anyone explain what is causing delay at the IRCC office in London.
I have submitted my medicals since July 18th, up till now, I have not heard from the office. My online profile just shows Medicals passed

Please let us know if there's any update? Do you have your student visa permit by now? I am really worry as I am in a similar situation and I am not sure what to do!
