Delay in getting offer letter

I have applied for a one year program in Conestoga for Sep 2021 intake on 15th April 2021, later on May 8th they grant me access to ocas portal, Till now I'm not getting my offer letter. Any guess why it's taking this much of time or is this a usual delay???

Do you mean you are still waiting for a decision on your application or you have an offer and waiting for the LOA letter?
