Delay in assessment by APEGM, need help !!

Hi Friends,

I got PR under MPNP program.

I applied for my education & professional assessment with APEGM (Association of Professional Engineers & Geo-scientists Manitoba).
APEGM is the licensing authority for engineers in Manitoba.

APGEM received fee, required documents from my end & started assessment on 25 February 2014. They said that the assessment will be done in 4 weeks. However 12 weeks (3 months) have passed & they have not given the results.

I get the same reply every-time i write to my Assessment Officer "We are working on your assessment"

I am really frustrated with the delay & helpless. Please suggest what steps should i take to solve this situation?
I really appreciate all replies in advance to this post.

Are you referring to assessment for application as P.Eng or something else?
If this is the case it took almost three months to have my application looked by Apega.
I guess that for some reason they are going slower than past lately.
