Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
International Credential Assessment Service of Canada
World Education Services
International Qualifications Assessment Service
International Credential Evaluation Service
Medical Council of Canada (professional body for Doctors)
Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (professional body for Pharmacists)

And these days International Qualifications Assessment Service is the fastest.

Besides the Canadian based Education Evaluation Agencies, you may consider the USA based agencies

Canadian based agencies charging too high and takes longer time to process. Whereas USA based agencies does that at much cheaper price and are recognized by US Homeland Agencies for TN visa.
