Hi friends I just want to know about definition of family size.
We are six persons in a family. Me,my wife,my father,mother and my two son aged 21 and 20.elder son is on his full time job and younger is a student nd do a part time job.
My query is that now my wife want to sponcer her parents and how we can describe our family size.because my elder son is doing full time job in Rcmp and soon going to shift in a new adress so I just want to know if he is still part of my family members i e six members or there is a different criteria to describe family members.one more question if my elder son still in our family then his income is part of family or not.

Well according to the criteria, your sons are still considered dependents. So if you include your wife’s parents, you are 8.

Your wife's income count and you can be a co signer so only both of your incomes count.

Your sons are counted as your dependents as long as they are under 22. Their income cannot be counted for PGP for your parents. You can be your wife's co-signer to sponsor her parents.

Did you sponsored your parents? (are they still under your undertaking?)
If they immigrated on their own, or if they immigrated and brought you along with them (they sponsored you), then you do not need to count your parents in the co-signer's family size.

Can you send me the income table for 8 persons for year 2017.because we qualified for income table 2018 and 2019 but i don't have the correct figure for 2017.because we all have to file our income for year 2020 in Jan,2021.so at this stage we can apply on the base of our income for year 2017,18,19.plz correct if I m wrong.

I think all applicants use income from 2018, 2019 and 2020 for PGP2020.
