Your mother, father, sister and brother are not dependents and can't accompany you.

Only your spouse (if you have one) and children (if you have any) are dependents. These are the only family members that can accompany you as part of your application.

Here's the definition of "accompanying dependant":

A spouse or dependent child of the principal applicant (Candidate) who intends to immigrate to Canada.

Unfortunately you misunderstood the definition and thought you could include your parents and sibilings. Immigration to Alberta with your parents and siblings is unfortunately not possible.
