My name is Won and I'm planning to apply fro PR via AINP
However, I was wondering regarding my criminal record which was happened in January 2006. Apparently, they called “Deemed rehabilitation” but I don’t get it clearly. So what do I have to do before applying for PR ? Is there any specific form? Please let me know also share your knowledge or experience.
